About the Role:
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will be a key pillar of our marketing team, dedicated to managing and qualifying leads so they convert into real opportunities. You will use CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Apollo and LinkedIn to optimize every interaction and contribute directly to Delta Protect's growth.
Your mission: Design and execute inbound and outbound strategies, turning marketing into a key driver of qualified demand generation that drives sales opportunities.
Main Challenges:
- Demand Generation Strategies: Design inbound and outbound actions focused on attracting highly qualified audiences aligned to our ICP and Customer Journey, maximizing lead conversion.
- Lead Management: Manages and follows up inbound and outbound leads, establishing the first contact through e-mails, or other communication tools, using a pre-established scoring system, ensuring a smooth transition to Sales Managers.
- Content Collaboration: Work with content and social media teams to create an omnichannel content marketing strategy that leverages the reach of our brand and its ambassadors.
- CRM Optimization and Analytics: Use HubSpot to monitor and analyze marketing interactions, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and campaign attribution.
- Automation and Efficiency: Implements automated workflows to eliminate manual work for the sales and marketing team, increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.
- Activation and Nurturing: Identify opportunities in past leads and design reactivation strategies through email marketing and other channels.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report the performance of demand generation activities using key metrics (KPIs) that directly impact marketing and business objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related.
- Marketing and Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in demand generation or digital marketing.
- Tools proficiency: HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, Google sheets and marketing automation platforms.
- Focus on Results: Proactivity, focus on metrics and analytical skills to measure impact.

- Sales experience: Experience offering technology services and products.
