In order to guarantee and safeguard your right to privacy and informational self-determination, and in accordance with the privacy policies of Delta Exponential Technologies S.A. de C.V. ("Delta Exponential Technologies S.A. de C.V.") ("Delta Exponential Technologies S.A. de C.V.").Delta("), as well as with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals ("LFPDP") and its Regulations ("Regulation"), this Privacy Notice is issued:
IDENTITY OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE
Delta, domiciled at Calle Fuente de la Luna No. 131, Col. Fuentes del Pedregal, Tlalpan, 14140, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure and storage of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data Processing").Data Processing"), under the terms of the LFPDP.
PERSONAL DATA AND HOW IT IS COLLECTED
Delta will request personal data when you request information and/or contract any of our services, whether in your capacity as a customer, subscriber, potential customer, or company, in person, through electronic means or by any other source permitted by law.
The personal data that may be required will be those necessary for the proper provision of our services within the United Mexican States ("Mexico").Mexico") and/or abroad. The personal data that may be collected are, but not limited to, the following:
- Personal and company contact information (name, company name, address, e-mail address, telephone number or fax number);
- Information that would allow us to verify your identity such as date and place of birth, nationality, marital status, home address, etc;
- Names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of others we are asked to send information to or contact;
- Information related to your participation in civil and commercial companies, about any real rights you may have, about tax matters and any other information related to your legal situation and that of your business;

PURPOSE AND DATA PROCESSING
Delta is committed to preserving the information of its customers, subscribers, potential customers, companies and suppliers in total privacy, that is why we have adopted the necessary administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against loss, alteration, destruction and unauthorized access.
Access to personal data held by Delta will be limited to persons who need to have access to such information in order to carry out the purposes identified in this Privacy Notice.

CONSENT
You must give Delta your consent for the processing of your personal data, which Delta will understand to have been granted when, having made this privacy notice available to you, you do not express your opposition within a period of 5 days, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8, 10 and 37 of the LFPDP and Articles 11, 12, 13 and 14 of its Regulations.
For all applicable purposes, Delta states that your personal data will not be processed for purposes other than those that are necessary and give rise to the relationship between you, as the holder of the personal rights, and Delta as the service provider.
MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS ARC
In accordance with the LFPDP you have the right to exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (the "Arco Rights").Arco Rights") as follows:
You have the right to access your personal data in our possession and the details of their treatment, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete; cancel them when you consider that they are not required for any of the purposes indicated in this Privacy Notice, they are being used for non-consented purposes or the contractual or service relationship has ended, or oppose the treatment of them for specific purposes, except in the cases indicated in applicable legal provisions.

The letter to exercise the ARCO Rights must be signed in person by you, the owner of the personal data, or your legal representative, and in case you do not know how or are unable to sign, you will place your fingerprint. Such letter must be accompanied by an official identification of the owner of the data or his legal representative, as well as documentation proving the personality of the latter.
Likewise, in case you wish to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data by Delta, you must send a letter as stated above indicating the revocation of your consent.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
Delta reserves the right to make changes or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, as well as to its privacy policies in order to comply with new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products, among others. These modifications will be available to the public through the following means: (i) visible announcements in our stores or customer service centers; (ii) on our website https://www.deltaprotect.com/.
In case of changes or modifications to this Privacy Notice, the updated version of the Privacy Notice will be made available to you through the aforementioned means. The lack of opposition to the modified Privacy Notice, within a period of 5 days after it has been made available to you, will be understood as acceptance and consent to the terms set forth therein, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the LFPDP Regulations, with the understanding that these policy changes will always be in accordance with current legislation in Mexico (frequently check our privacy notices to be informed of such changes, if any).
