About the Role:
Based on process optimization, you will be responsible for driving the company's financial growth and profitability. Working alongside the Head of Finance and with a focus on proactivity, analysis and metrics, you will lead the achievement of financial goals and contribute to key decision making for Delta Protect.
Main Challenges:
- Work on the automation of financial processes related to cash flow (CXC, & CXP, P&L), accounting (monthly closing and bank reconciliation) and reporting (Key Metrics: MRR, CAC, LTV, Burn Rate, etc.).
- Ensure, in conjunction with the Head of Finance and CEOs, that financial and accounting strategies are clearly reflected in the valuation processes for external equity financing, as well as in financial reporting.
- Collaborate effectively in all segments of the business (budget allocation, invoicing, administrative processes, among others).
- Working together with the C-level, to implement financial and commercial strategies in order to ensure and increase the company's profitability.
- Oversight of revenue target, sales cycle, CAC, CPL, marketing budget and daily strategies related to the sales team.
- In conjunction with the Head of People, ensure all accounting aspects related to workers' compensation, as well as its timely and accurate implementation.
- Lead the monthly short-term liquidity process.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Full-time Job)
- At least 1 year of work experience in finance and strategy roles. Dynamic environments such as Fintech, SaaS Companies, Venture Capital or Private Equity are a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Modeling, Valuation Methods and FP&A.
- Advanced Excel skills (Python and R are a plus)
