Responsibilities:
- Track and document the company's operational processes, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Work with technology, product, service, sales and marketing departments to define and document the company's technical and non-technical processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase the efficiency and quality of internal processes.
- Ensure that process documentation is clear, concise and kept up to date.
- Identify and solve problems related to operational and technical processes.
- Work collaboratively with operations and technology teams to improve the quality and efficiency of existing processes.
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and training of personnel in their correct application.
- Monitor process performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.
Requirements:
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Chemical).
- Previous experience in the design, documentation and improvement of operational and technical processes in a company.
- Advanced knowledge of technical process documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart and Notion.
- Knowledge in the implementation of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kanban, in a technology environment.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on the information.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience in the implementation of quality management systems in technology companies.
- Knowledge in risk identification and technology project management.
- Experience in the creation and management of a central library of technical process documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of process automation technology and software.
- Advanced knowledge of the organizational structure and business processes of a technology company.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to improve technical processes.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
