About the role
The Cybersecurity Presales Analyst will provide essential support to the sales and engineering team in the sales cycle of security solutions and services. Their main role is to assist in the documentation, quoting of proposals, ensuring that the scope of the service is well defined and aligned with operational capabilities. This role is key to the standardization and efficiency of the pre-sales process.
Your Main Challenges
1. Support in Documentation of Proposals and Bids:
- Actively support in the development of technical and economic proposals for security tools and managed services (including, but not limited to, SOC - Security Operations Center proposals).
- Collaborate in the creation of datasheets for the cybersecurity solutions in the portfolio.
- Assist in the preparation of comparative matrices of solutions for the portfolio, highlighting value and differentiators.
- Participate in the standardization of implementation and service cost calculators.
- Support in the creation of forms and templates for the initial technical information gathering with the client.
2. Coordination and Operational Management:
- Request and manage quotations from suppliers and manufacturers of cybersecurity solutions.
- Perform rigorous follow-up of requested quotations, ensuring response times and accuracy.
- Support in the formal and detailed delivery of the Statement of Work (SOW) to the Operation/Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition of the project.
Technical Support and Presentation:
- Support in the elaboration of visual and technical presentations of the solutions and portfolio.
4. Commercial Follow-up:
- Assist in the follow-up of business (opportunities) assigned to the pre-sales area, keeping the information updated and organized.
What you need to be successful
Indispensable:
- University degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in technical support roles, IT administration, documentation or pre-sales, commercial, preferably in the area of Cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of the main cybersecurity solutions and concepts (e.g. SOC, EDR, Antispam, Firewalls, etc.).
- Advanced use of office tools (Excel and PowerPoint) for documentation, costing and presentations.
Key skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams (Commercial, Operations) and suppliers.
- Detail orientation and high precision in the preparation of technical and economic documents.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Aptitude for teamwork and constant support.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn about new security technologies.
