About the role
As Financial Controller at Delta Protect, you will play a key role in connecting strategy with financial results. Your mission will be to ensure visibility, control, and timely analysis of key business indicators, contributing directly to decision-making. You will work alongside the Head of Finance to translate data into action, optimize the use of resources, and ensure the financial sustainability of growth.
Your Main Challenges
- Cash flow owner: you will be responsible for maintaining, automating, and improving the cash flow control system, always ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data.
- Lead the projection of liquidity in the short, medium, and long term.
- Collaborate in monthly treasury and administration activities.
- In conjunction with the accounting team, ensure timely monthly closings and timely tax filings.
- Provide the necessary financial insights to the operations, management, and sales teams to maintain sales volume, healthy margins, and a high customer retention rate.
- Ensure, together with the Head of Finance, that the company's overall strategy is accompanied by sound and sustainable financial indicators.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, financial analysis, or strategic finance roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting analysis, and financial valuation methods.
- Advanced English
Key Skills
- Interest and ability to apply artificial intelligence and automation (low-code) to optimize financial tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High sense of accountability and extreme ownership.
- Intermediate-advanced English (B2 or higher).
- Previous experience in challenging and dynamic environments such as startups, SaaS companies, or VCs.
