- Collaborate with the Sales, Red Team, Blue Team, and Information Security teams to ensure the implementation, deployment, and completion of projects in accordance with the defined work plan.
- Maintain visibility into the pipeline and track accounts in the CRM (HubSpot).

- Understanding of the core components of enterprise infrastructure: networks (firewalls, segmentation, VPNs), endpoints (EDR/XDR), identity and access management (IAM, MFA, Zero Trust), and vulnerability management (scanning, prioritization, remediation).
- Ability to interpret technical security reports and translate them into business value for technical and executive audiences.
- Experience in account management, sales engineering, or customer success at B2B technology or cybersecurity companies.
- Proven experience in account maintenance and growth, with metrics such as net revenue retention, ARR growth, cross-selling rate, upselling rate, etc.
