About the Role:
As a Cybersecurity Sales Representative at Delta Protect, you will be responsible for servicing inbound leads, maximizing the close rate and increasing the average ticket through excellent service proficiency and cybersecurity knowledge. Your mission will be to understand customer needs, advise them strategically and close successful sales in the SOC, MSSP, Cyber Intelligence, Compliance and Penetration Testing segments.
This role focuses on converting qualified prospects into clients through effective communication, risk-aligned proposals and structured negotiation to ensure a real impact on the security of the prospective company.
Main Challenges:
🚀 Closing Sales and Maximizing the Average Ticket
- Convert qualified leads into customers through consultative selling focused on delivering business value through cybersecurity.
- Increase the conversion rate by optimizing the negotiation and closing process.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities in each interaction.
- Ensure that each client receives the most appropriate solution for their needs and risks.
🔎 S trategic Cybersecurity Consulting
- Understand each customer's security challenges and translate them into concrete solutions.
- Clearly explain the impact of threats and how SOC, MSSP, Cyber Intelligence, Compliance and Pentesting services can mitigate risks.
- Educate the customer on key regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS and SOC 2 to strengthen the technical sales pitch.
🎤 High-Impact Presentations and Negotiation
- Deliver effective business presentations that demonstrate the return on investment in cybersecurity.
- Build proposals that balance technical perspective and business approach to convince decision makers.
- Lead negotiations to ensure strategic closings aligned with company objectives.
📊 Pipeline Management and Opportunity Tracking.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring proper follow-up on each opportunity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to expedite contract closings and resolve customer technical questions.
- Analyze conversion data and adjust strategies to improve business performance.
🤝 Internal Collaboration and Customer Experience Assurance
- Work with Customer Success to ensure customers have an exceptional post-sales experience.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Cybersecurity teams to ensure business expectations are aligned with service delivery.
- Provide feedback to the Marketing team on the most common objections in the sale to improve materials and strategies.
Key Tools
- CRM: HubSpot (pipeline and lead management).
- Documentation and Proposals: PandaDoc (contracts, quotations and commercial proposals).
- Internal Management and Monitoring: Google Workspace Suite, Microsoft 365 Suite, Notion (strategic information and team collaboration).
- Analysis tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ChatGPT, Google Trends.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of consultative B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS or technology.
- Ability to negotiate with decision makers in medium and large companies.
- Knowledge in cybersecurity, including SOC, MSSP, Ethical Hacking, Regulatory Compliance and Cyber Intelligence.
- Familiarity with security regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, HIPAA.
- Ability to translate technical risks into business impact.
