About the role
We are looking for a Sales Ops & Customer Satisfaction to act as the backbone of the sales team and customer experience. This role is key to optimize the sales operation, automate processes, ensure the best customer experience and maximize account retention and expansion (upsell and cross-sell).
You will be the bridge between sales, operations, finance and customers, ensuring that processes are agile, organized and that each customer receives exceptional service. Your proficiency with HubSpot and automation tools will be critical to optimize commercial and service flows.
Your main challenges
- Customer satisfaction and retention:
- Ensure that each customer has an exceptional experience, resolving questions and ensuring that service expectations are met.
- Reduce churn and increase loyalty by implementing retention strategies and post-sales follow-up.
- Execute satisfaction surveys (NPS, CSAT, CES) and generate improvement plans based on the results.
- Manage customer feedback and analysis systems, gathering key insights to improve service.
- Coordinate with the operational areas the delivery of projects and services, ensuring quality and compliance with deadlines.
- Support in sales and operations processes (Sales Ops):
- Manage and automate HubSpot CRM, ensuring that the sales pipeline is updated and structured efficiently.
- Generate and manage contracts, SOWs and commercial proposals using PandaDoc or similar tools.
- Prepare commercial reports and customer dashboards, assisting the sales team with key insights for decision making.
- Standardize and document sales and post-sales processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Support the sales team with presentations, documentation and automation tools.
- Multifunctional Collaboration:
- Work with Finance and Operations to ensure frictionless billing and service delivery processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing on customer engagement, loyalty and reactivation strategies.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, making it easier for customers to discover more services that can benefit them.
- Implement internal training on HubSpot and sales processes, ensuring that the entire team uses the tools efficiently.
What you need to be successful
Technical experience required:
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations or administrative roles in B2B companies.
- Advanced HubSpot proficiency (CRM, automation and reporting).
- Experience in contract management and electronic signatures (PandaDoc, DocuSign, Adobe Sign or similar).
- Knowledge of customer management and customer care tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Notion).
- Ability to work with data and generate actionable reports.
- Advanced English (desirable for interactions with international clients)
- Industry knowledge in cybersecurity (desirable).
